Weight Support That Starts With Behaviour, Not Diets
Diets fail because they ignore psychology. This program explores emotional eating, behavioural patterns and the everyday triggers that drive eating – building sustainable change without stigma, crash diets or shame.
If Diets Worked, You Wouldn't Be Here
Most people who struggle with weight don't lack information – they know what to eat. The harder question is why eating patterns persist despite knowing.
That's a psychology question, and it's the one this program answers.
- Eating in response to stress, boredom or emotions
- Cycles of strict dieting followed by rebound eating
- Eating that feels out of control in certain situations
- Guilt or shame patterns around food and body
- Weight that keeps returning despite "knowing what to do"
- Wanting a healthier relationship with food, not another meal plan

Is this a diet program?
No – there are no meal plans here. We address the psychology of eating, and we happily coordinate with your nutritionist or doctor if you have one.
Do I need a specific weight goal?
No. Many clients start with "I just want a better relationship with food." Goals are personal and we define them together.
Will I be judged?
No. This is a shame-free, stigma-free program – that's the entire design philosophy.
Can this help with binge eating?
We work with eating behaviour patterns broadly. If a formal eating-disorder diagnosis and specialist treatment is needed, we'll guide you to appropriate care.
How long before I see change?
Behaviour changes often start within weeks; sustainable change is measured in months. We go at a pace you can actually maintain.
Is it online or in person?
In person at our Baner clinic in Pune, with online sessions available where appropriate.
